For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointment cancelled in that time span will result in 50% charge of services booked. Any services booked that are cancelled mid service (ex. You book a facial + Brazilian and changed your mind about one of the services) will also result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked and unfulfilled. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, I will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your service, I cannot guarantee this will be possible, and will have to prioritize the client on time. Any appointments that pass 10 minutes late are subject to immediate cancellation and will result in 50% charge of services booked.
